A highlight of the program was the breakthrough early cancer detection and risk prediction blood test, designed to identify cancers associated with firefighters’ unique occupational exposures—enabling earlier, more effective interventions.

Now in its second year, Diagenta’s program is redefining preventive healthcare delivery for high-risk professions and is set to return in 2026 with new stress resilience and mental health support modules.

Diagenta, in partnership with HerometRX, recently completed a six-day mobile health initiative at the Victorville Fire Department, delivering its exclusive Full-Body Wellness and Deep Health Screening Assessment—a comprehensive onsite program not currently offered by any other provider in the market.

Conducted directly at the fire station and aligned with firefighters’ shifts, the assessment was provided to 69 firefighters and included advanced diagnostics such as on-site blood and urine tests, VO2 max testing, 3D body scanning, metabolic analysis, pulmonary function tests, 12 - lead stress ECG, and grip strength testing.
